Issue:
At the end of the visit when the nurse sends off her note to the FD, the follow up message with when patient should return goes to the FD blank.
Solution:
When you click Close, it erases the message.
You MUST select an item from the list. If you don’t like the choices, then you MUST click the Blank area, then Save.
